THE JACKTOOLS WAY

Your training. Your rhythm.

A simple interval timer for movement and recovery. Set your durations and focus on the next round.

01

Plan your intervals

Set preparation, exercise, rest and rounds. All durations are in seconds. Choose a routine that suits you.

02

Focus on your movement

Phases advance automatically. The inner ring shows the current phase; the outer ring shows total time remaining. Adjust halfway and countdown alerts to suit you.

03

Make time for recovery

Pause at any time or skip to the next phase. The timer finishes after the final exercise round without an extra rest.

Good to know

How does interval training work?

After optional preparation, exercise and rest alternate automatically. With 60 seconds of exercise and 20 seconds of rest, each round includes one minute of exercise. There is no rest after the final round. Set rest to 0 to skip recovery phases.

Which alerts can I choose?

Enable or disable all sounds, add an exercise halfway alert and choose beeps for the final 1 to 10 seconds. Set this to 0 for no countdown beeps. When alerts coincide, phase changes take priority over countdown and halfway alerts. Check your volume before starting.

Will my screen stay on?

When enabled, “Keep screen awake” requests this from the browser during a running, visible workout. Support depends on your browser and device. The request ends when paused or finished. Power-saving mode, backgrounding or manual locking can interrupt this feature and alerts.

Are my training preferences saved?

Only if you enable “Remember settings on this device” in the settings menu. Durations, rounds and alert options then stay locally in this browser. Reloading does not resume a running workout.
